Qualifications

• 3–5 years procurement experience with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience downloading PR/BOQ in Ariba and validating BOQ description.
• Vendor selection and RFP process experience.
• Ability to discuss with vendors, visit sites, and perform due diligence with site SPOC.
• Prepare and attach Fair Value Quotes with BOQ, RFP, and vendor quotes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement budgets; track cost savings and implement cost-controls.

LVP Procurement · Minium of 3-5 years of procurement work experience with strong written and spoken communication skills.· Downloading the PR -BOQ in Ariba Tool and validating the BOQ description with Proper Make, Model, Size, Dimension as per the requirement.· Selection Criteria of Vendors and Floating RFP.· Discuss with the vendor based on the nature of the BOQ to visit the site, along with the BOQ, Complete the Due Diligence in discussion with the site SPOC.· Receive the quotes from the multiple vendors and validate the rates and re-negotiate with the vendors and finalize to whom the PR purchases need to be awarded.· Prepare Fair Value Quote with attaching the BOQ, RFP, Vendor Quotes, Client Approval E-Mail.· Send the Fair Value Quote for Internal Approvals. Post which the same to be uploaded in Ariba Tool.· Downloading of Client Purchase Order and raise the JLL PO in JDE (As per Process)· Confirm that the JLL PO is dispatched to the respective vendor with all details including the site spoc for delivery and other Stakeholders in case of any escalation.Other Procurement Related Activities: - · Developing and managing procurement budgets, tracking and reporting cost savings, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and implementing cost control measures.· Assessing and managing risks related to suppliers, products, and services.
