Job summary

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in Mumbai's Oil & Gas division seeks a procurement professional with 4–6 years of experience to manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services across drilling, production, and maintenance projects.

You will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering and operations to meet technical specifications and delivery schedules, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the oil & gas or EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with technical specifications for oilfield equipment, drilling consumables, and industrial services.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities
