Job summary

BIG4 is seeking a procurement transformation professional to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay implementations, primarily using Ariba across multiple geographies. The role requires leading functional design workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analyses, with strong client management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee recruitment and mentorship, stay abreast of industry trends, and contribute to internal capability-building while delivering cutting-edge procurement

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing S2P solutions (Ariba) in cloud tools or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management.
• Leading functional design workshops (requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis).
• Creating to-be process flows, business process docs, configuration workbook, testing strategy, test scripts, training docs.
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills; able to work with global cross-functional teams.
• Flexible to work on different P2P/CLM technologies after required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S2P implementation engagements (Ariba) across geographies.
• Manage project roles including design lead, testing lead, PM and change management support.
• Oversee recruitment and mentor team members to grow internal capabilities.
• Stay updated on procurement industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Job description

• Geographies: to be supported: EMEA & APAC
• Work timings: 9 AM - 6 PM IST (Please note - work timings may differ based on the project/geo requirements)
• Source-to-Pay Implementation Expertise: Possess prior experience in delivering comprehensive end-to-end implementation projects for the Source-to-Pay workstream. Deep knowledge of S2P functional processes.
• Procurement Transformation Delivery : Execute procurement transformation and digitalization projects across diverse sectors and geographies, utilizing platforms such as Ariba Lead engagements/workstreams end-to-end.
• Develop and Drive Opportunities: Lead or support initiatives to identify and advance opportunities by building and leveraging external networks and professional relationships.
• Engagement Roles : Independently manage the project and undertake key roles, including but not limited to Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, Project Manager, Change Management Support across various projects.
• Recruitment and Mentorship: Oversee recruitment processes and provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
• Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Competency Development: Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, creating best practice documentation, and facilitating internal training and development programs.
• Mandatory technical skills
• Prior experience in implementing S2P solution s - Ariba in various cloud tools and/or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and spend management principles.
• Leading functional design workshops (including requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis)
• Creating documents at various stages of the project like creating to-be process flows, business process documents, configuration workbook, testing strategy, identify and finalize test scenarios and test scripts, training documents etc.
• Integration with client ERP's will be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong client management skills and experience in working with global cross-functional teams
• Highly self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Should be flexible to work on different P2P/CLM technologies/platforms after providing required support and trainings
• Take complete ownership of project roles & responsibilities, and drive internal practice development initiatives
• B.E/B.Tech equivalent from reputed institute
• Any certifications on related technology/platform will be preferred
