The Procurement Analytics & Change Manager will oversee the operational delivery of multiple capability areas that enable procurement excellence including market research, analytics execution, process optimisation and change implementation. This role combines leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with strategic direction.
You will manage day-to-day team operations, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and resolve issues promptly while fostering a high-performance culture. A key responsibility is coordinating the development of dashboards, reports, and market intelligence to support sourcing strategies and decision‑making. You will ensure compliance with procurement policies, data governance standards, while driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and templates.
