Your role is to ensure across Indirect Procurement and Procurement Operations data quality is maintained against data governance requirements, and development of analytics to support the GBS Procurement teams in visibility and insights.Beyond governance, you will collaborate with analytics teams and procurement stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely data that powers dashboards, reporting, and advanced insights. By combining analytical expertise with a passion for precision, you will help transform raw data into actionable intelligence to support sourcing strategies, supplier performance and long-term value creation. A key responsibility will be developing and maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, including supporting global procurement to track performance and compliance. You will validate and analyse Indirect category and spend data, ensuring accuracy and reliability for decision-making. By collaborating with data teams and procurement stakeholders, you will deliver insights that enable smarter sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support visibility of GBS Procurement performance across operations and service delivery. **Key Accountabilities:*** Apply and maintain procurement data governance standards, ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements* Maintain accurate and complete Indirect and GBS Procurement (e.g. spend, contract, and category) master data across systems* Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and procurement data for reporting for Indirect and GBS Procurement Operations and Services* Track and analyse data performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions* Validate, cleanse and analyse category and spend data to ensure accuracy and reliability* Provide accurate data sets for dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics initiatives* Ensure compliance with data standards, policies, and audit requirements through analysis of data performance* Work closely with analytics teams, category managers, and procurement operations to enable reliable insights* Prepare regular reports and analytics packs for leadership and stakeholders* Ensure compliance with data standards, policies and audit requirements through analysis of data performance* Monitor data performance and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy* Work closely with data teams, category managers and procurement operations to enable reliable insights* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in analytics processes and tools **Key Experiences and Qualifications:*** +3 years of experience in data management and analytics within procurement or supply chain functions* Hands-on experience with spend analysis, KPI reporting and dashboard development* Extensive experience in data analytics and advanced data visualisation tools* Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry* Understanding of RFx process, supplier evaluation, compliance management and contract management* Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence* Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa and data visualisation tools* Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others* Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
