Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Procurement Analyst / Buyer with 3–6 years of experience to join the supply chain team. The role follows the Europe shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and includes a one-way cab facility.

You will drive sourcing, procurement operations, analytics, and reporting, using VBA, Advanced Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and supplier management. ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/Ariba) is preferred, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on VBA / Advanced Excel experience.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboards.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst / Buyer with strong experience in sourcing, procurement operations, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with VBA/Advanced Excel, Power BI, dashboards, and supplier management.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Strong experience in Sourcing & Procurement.
• Hands‑on VBA / Advanced Excel experience.
• Power BI and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with supplier management, RFx, PO management, and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of ERP tools such as SAP/Oracle/Ariba is preferred.
• Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation commodities is an advantage.
