Job summary

FMC in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to unlock cost savings through strategic sourcing, negotiate with vendors, and maintain pricing and delivery standards.

The role requires 3-7 years in procurement or supply chain with SAP Ariba or similar systems, a strong P2P understanding, and proven vendor management and contract administration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management using SAP Ariba or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of the P2P cycle from source-to-settlement.
• Experience in vendor management, negotiation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage procure-to-pay processes, including source-to-pay, PO creation, invoice processing and payment execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Analyze financial data to optimize spend management across multiple departments within the organization.
