Job summary

Coforge in India is seeking a Training Specialist for CLO Operations and Banking Services. Design and deliver process-specific training programs and conduct pre-process, refresher, and new hire trainings along with assessments and certifications.

You will monitor OJT performance, provide coaching, track post-certification effectiveness, and collaborate with onsite stakeholders for transitions and training requirements, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of Training experience.
• 2+ years in CLO Operations, Loan Administration, or Structured Finance Operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of Training experience.
• 2+ years of experience in CLO Operations, Loan Administration, or Structured Finance Operations.
• Experience in team handling/training management preferred.

• Hands-on experience with CDO Suite, NEP Live, Bloomberg, Citrix, Entrust, MS Excel/Macros, and MS Visio.
• Strong understanding of CLO structures, cash flow waterfalls, investor servicing, and notice management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience supporting US-based banking clients.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel as per business requirements.
