Responsibilities

Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a live environment.
Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner.
Adhere to developed agenda/timelines and content flow and accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
In accordance with business requirements into a custom training plan, organize training implementation and training effectiveness evaluation.
Analyzes training needs and defines learning objectives.
Encourages discussion, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Gives constructive feedback and encourages continuous improvement.
Ability to meet Customer Requirement & ISO 9001 certification.

Required Skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn new skills.
Basic knowledge about any sport.
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
