Job summary

Principal Global Services in Hyderabad is hiring for a back-office professional specializing in custodian operations and NAV calculations. The role requires 2+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage complex tasks while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will work night shifts, ensure accurate financial statements, and communicate effectively with business partners. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected, with knowledge of fund accounting and NAV

Responsibilities

• Should have expertise in handling custodian business and back-office operations.
• Candidate with minimum 2 years Good understanding of financial statements
• working knowledge on: Accruals, Reversals, Balance Sheet, Reconciliations, fund accounting, alternative assets, NAV and NAV calculation.
• Must be able to handle multiple, complex, tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Coordinates situations involving multiple departments.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Ensures outputs are accurate, complete and consistent
• Need to know the concept of Net Asset Value (NAV) in fund accounting and its importance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong Employee Benefit, and Trust and Custody knowledge as evidenced by 2 -4 years of relevant experience
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to work/communicate effectively with business partners/management
• Ready to work in night shift
