Job summary

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited is seeking a dedicated safety professional to oversee process safety across operations in Gujarat. The role involves conducting comprehensive process safety reviews, guiding risk assessments with industry-standard tools, and ensuring compliance with current safety policies and regulations.

The position covers training on safety laws, investigating incidents, and recommending design improvements to minimize hazards.

Responsibilities

• Complete process safety reviews and develop recommendations for addressing process safety issues
• Provide risk assessment through the use of risk analysis techniques and tools
• Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes
• Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment
• Investigate industrial accidents, injuries related to operations and processes
• Recommend process and product safety features that will reduce employees' exposure to work hazards
• Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to occupational illnesses and accidents
• Review employee safety programs to determine their adequacy
• Provide coaching to plants on identification and resolution of process safety issues
• Involve from projects stage in the safe design of new projects.
• Develop and review PSM related standards, guideline and procedures.
