Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking a safety-focused lab technician to support RC1e experiments in the R&D process safety lab in Pune. You will perform safety testing using DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP and MIE, and help generate essential process safety data.

All work and observations must be recorded in the Electronic Lab Notebook, ensuring accurate traceability. You will gain knowledge of process safety equipment and contribute to screening chemical reaction hazards under the supervision of the process

Qualifications

• Experience in performing RC1e experiments and safety testing.
• Experience with DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP, MIE and flash point testing.
• Ability to document work in an Electronic Lab Notebook.
• Understanding of process safety hazard screening and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform RC1e experiments and safety testing in the R&D process safety lab.
• Record all work and data in the Electronic Lab Notebook.
• Develop knowledge of process safety equipment.
• Understand chemical reaction hazard screening and ensure safe handling and operation.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

• Performing RC1e experiments , carrying out safety testing using the equipment DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP , MIE, Flash point at R&D process safety lab for process safety data generation.
• All work and information to be recorded in an Electronic Lab note book.
• Process safety equipment knowledge attained.
• Understanding the Chemical reaction Hazard screening shared by Process Development team after it is reviewed by process safety in charge and ensure safe handling and operation.
