Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Gujarat, India, is seeking a laboratory professional to perform RC1e experiments and safety testing in the R&D process safety lab. You will record all work in an Electronic Lab Notebook and develop knowledge of process safety equipment to support data generation.

You will also understand the chemical reaction hazard screening shared by Process Development after review by process safety in charge, ensuring safe handling and operation throughout experiments.

Responsibilities

• Perform RC1e experiments and safety testing using DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP, MIE and flash point in the R&D process safety lab.
• Record all work and data in an Electronic Lab Notebook.
• Develop knowledge of process safety equipment.
• Understand chemical reaction hazard screening shared by Process Development after review by process safety in charge; ensure safe handling and operation.

Role & responsibilities:

• Performing RC1e experiments , carrying out safety testing using the equipment DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP , MIE, Flash point at R&D process safety lab for process safety data generation.
• All work and information to be recorded in an Electronic Lab note book.
• Process safety equipment knowledge attained.
• Understanding the Chemical reaction Hazard screening shared by Process Development team after it is reviewed by process safety in charge and ensure safe handling and operation.
