Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India is seeking a role focused on safety research and process safety data generation. You will perform RC1e experiments and safety testing using DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP, MIE and flash point measurements in our R&D process safety laboratory.

You will document all work in an Electronic Lab Notebook, gain knowledge of process safety equipment, and review chemical reaction hazard screenings with the Process Development team to ensure safe handling and operation.

Responsibilities

• Performing RC1e experiments, carrying out safety testing using equipment DSC, TSU, ARC, VSP, MIE, Flash point at R&D process safety lab for process safety data generation.
• All work and information to be recorded in an Electronic Lab notebook.
• Process safety equipment knowledge attained.
• Understanding the Chemical reaction Hazard screening shared by Process Development team after it is reviewed by process safety in charge and ensure safe handling and operation.
