Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Degree in Production / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 8‑10 years of working experience in Automobile Ancillary Industry
• Conversant with IATF standard
• Should be able to handle modern shop having special robotic production lines, VMC, CNC, power press, drill/tap, and other machines used in production independently
• Working exposure with Robot and teaching of Robot will be an added advantage for selection
• Thorough knowledge of the various types of tooling used in production shop having Robot, VMC, CNC, Presses and general purpose machines
• Should be able to do production planning, machine loading planning independently
• Meeting quality standard and daily production
• Conversant with DWM and other production related activity in line with IATF
• Maintaining all the production / dispatch related documents in line with IATF standards
• Should be conversant with Small group activity, quality circle, and modern production practice and implement them on the shop floor
• Analytical mind oriented for doing daily analysis for production shortfall, recovery plan, rejection, POKA YOKE
• Maintaining and guiding the work for 5’S importance
• Should be fully conversant with customer system audit in line with IATF and VDA 6.3
