eClerx Services Ltd is seeking a seasoned Process Manager to own end-to-end transformation projects within Financial Crime Compliance – Operational Excellence. You will bridge business needs with technology solutions, delivering measurable value across operations, product, and technology functions.

Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, define BRDs and process flows, manage plans and risks, and mentor junior professionals to ensure quality delivery and governance across FCC operations.

Formación

• 9–14 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Client Lifecycle Management or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in transformation, business analysis and strategic change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams in Agile or project-based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Exposure to KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, PEP screening and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio; familiarity with Power BI/Power Platform and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into BRDs, process flows, user stories and functional specifications.
• Define project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, track actions and provide executive updates and management reports.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Business, Operations, Technology and Product stakeholders.
• Drive change management, business adoption and user acceptance testing for new processes and solutions.
• Identify and implement automation, AI and digital capabilities to enhance process performance.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and Transformation professionals, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Represent the FCC Transformation function in senior leadership forums and cross‑functional committees.
• Promote continuous improvement and standardisation across FCC operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related discipline.
• 9–14 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Client Lifecycle Management or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in transformation, business analysis and strategic change initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams in Agile or project‑based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (or equivalent process‑mapping tools).
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform and AI‑enabled productivity tools is preferred.
• Domain expertise in KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, PEP screening and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies: strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, executive communication, decision making and coaching.
• Ability to independently manage complex initiatives and ensure delivery continuity.
