Job summary

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in process safety, HAZOP, SIL and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design SOPs and provide process safety training to operations team.
• Ensure HAZOP studies are completed and action plans implemented.
• Monitor process, safety, quality and energy systems; identify improvement areas.
• Drive preventive maintenance planning to minimize breakdowns.
• Investigate incidents, quality complaints and process deviations within timelines.
• Ensure smooth pre-commissioning and commissioning of new plants.
• Collaborate with R&D for scale-up from lab to production.
• Drive process efficiency improvements and uptime enhancements.
• Carry out PSSR for modifications and projects.
• Develop best standard practices within the team.
