Job summary

PeopleStrong in Chennai is seeking a Process Executive with 1-3 years of experience to handle medical data processing and billing related tasks. You will enter charges, post payments, ensure quality and work with the team to meet daily and monthly targets.

The role requires understanding client requirements, strict policy adherence, and proactive escalation of issues in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Vendor management and client liaison experience.
• Experience in BPO processes and service delivery.
• Knowledge of project management and process improvement.
• Understanding of CRM and outsourcing operations.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Processing of Medical Data
• Entering charges and posting payments in the software
• Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
• To work closely with the team leader.
• To review emails for any updates
• Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
• Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.
• Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept.
• Should have 6 months to 3 Yrs of Payment Posting or Demo & Charge or Correspondence or Charge Entry
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
• Ensure targets are met on a daily / monthly basis
• Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
• Applying the instructions/updates received from the client when doing the production.
• Update their production count in SRP and Online score card.
