Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks an experienced process excellence leader to drive customer-facing engagements across BPM, process design, and intelligent automation. Candidate should bring 8–15 years of BPM experience, strong stakeholder management, and ability to translate insights into roadmaps with GenAI integration.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced process excellence leader to drivecustomer-facing engagements across business process management, process design,process intelligence, and intelligent automation.

The role involves working with large enterprise customers to understandand improve complex business processes, identify operational inefficiencies androot causes, and translate insights into actionable process improvement,automation, and transformation initiatives.

The candidate should bring strong BPM and process excellence expertise,with the ability to integrate process modeling, process mining, task mining,and automation capabilities into a cohesive, scalable delivery approach.Awareness of GenAI and agentic AI is important to identify complementaryopportunities and work effectively with specialist AI teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadend-to-end process excellence engagements, from process discovery andassessment through solution prioritisation, implementation, and benefitsrealisation.
• Driveprocess modeling, documentation, design, standardisation, and optimisationusing established BPM methodologies and tools.
• Leverageprocess mining and task mining to identify bottlenecks, processdeviations, inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and opportunities forimprovement.
• Translateprocess intelligence into actionable roadmaps spanning process redesign,RPA, analytics, and AI-enabled interventions.
• Establishstructured approaches for root cause analysis, defect management,corrective actions, and continuous improvement against business andprocess KPIs.
• Leadcustomer discussions and workshops, align business and technologystakeholders, and develop roadmaps, business cases, and measurable valuepropositions.
• Buildand manage multidisciplinary teams, define delivery governance, establishreusable frameworks, and scale successful solutions across businessfunctions.
• Owndelivery quality, stakeholder confidence, adoption, and measurablebusiness outcomes.
• Collaboratewith automation and AI leadership to identify where GenAI and Agentic AIcan complement traditional BPM and automation approaches.

Must-Have

• Strongexperience in BPM, process excellence, process redesign, continuousimprovement, and enterprise transformation.
• Practicalexperience in process modeling and design platforms such as ARIS orequivalent.
• Hands-onexposure to process mining platforms such as Celonis and taskmining platforms such as Skan or equivalent.
• Goodunderstanding of RPA and intelligent automation, including AutomationAnywhere or comparable platforms.
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connectprocess-level findings to operational and business KPIs.
• Provencustomer-facing delivery leadership, stakeholder management, structuredcommunication, and team-building capability.
• Abilityto shape an integrated process excellence roadmap rather than manageindividual tool-specific projects in isolation.
