Job summary

Aligned Automation Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Process Excellence & Intelligence Specialist to support enterprise engagements in process modelling, mining, task mining, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes analysing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving automation initiatives under senior leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in BPM, process excellence, process analysis, process mining, task mining, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with ARIS or equivalent for process modeling; Celonis or equivalent for process mining; Skan or equivalent for task mining.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of process metrics, operational KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret process data, identify meaningful patterns, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Good communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on with customer teams and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Model, document, analyse, and optimise business processes using BPM methodologies and tools.
• Develop process mining analyses and dashboards to identify bottlenecks, deviations, rework, conformance issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse task-level activity data to understand operational inefficiencies and opportunities for standardisation or automation.
• Support root cause analysis, defect tracking, corrective action planning, and KPI-based performance monitoring.
• Translate findings into process improvement recommendations, automation opportunities, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Support RPA and AI-enabled process improvement initiatives through process assessment, requirements documentation, testing, and benefits tracking.
• Prepare process maps, analysis outputs, dashboards, reports, and customer-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with process consultants, data analysts, automation engineers, and AI teams to execute improvement initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for process excellence professionals to supportenterprise customer engagements across process modeling, process mining, taskmining, process analysis, and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on analysing business processes, identifyinginefficiencies and deviations, generating actionable insights, and supportingthe design and implementation of process improvement and automation initiativesunder the guidance of senior delivery leaders.

• Abilityto interpret process data, identify meaningful patterns, and translatefindings into practical recommendations.
• Goodcommunication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder collaborationskills.

• Exposureto Automation Anywhere or other RPA platforms.
• Familiaritywith SQL, BI dashboards, data analysis, or process performance reporting.
• Awarenessof GenAI and agentic AI applications in process automation and operationalimprovement.
• Experiencesupporting large enterprise or high-tech customer engagements.
