Experience: 4–5 Years

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Engineer with experience in techno-commercial proposals and detailed engineering within process industries. The role involves preparing competitive proposals, developing engineering deliverables, and ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze RFQs/RFPs, client specifications, and tender documents
• Develop process design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, and line sizing calculations
• Develop project scope and other requirements
• Visit site for survey and diligence
• Perform inter discipline co-ordination with other discipline as well as vendors
• Prepare cost estimate
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals including scope, deviations, and exclusions
• Perform vendor evaluation (TBE), RFQ management, and cost estimation inputs
• Ensure timely submission of accurate and competitive proposals

Detailed Engineering

• Prepare and review process datasheets, line lists, equipment lists, and HMB
• Perform hydraulic calculations and process system sizing
• Support development of PFD/P&ID mark-ups and utility summaries
• Ensure compliance with API / ASME / ISO standards as applicable in contract
• Develop Operation and control philosophy and commissioning procedure
• Participate in commissioning
• Participate in HAZOP studies and design review meetings

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation automation teams
• Interface with vendors, consultants, and clients for technical clarifications
• Maintain document control, versioning, and engineering quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Process Design and Proposal Engineering
• Experience in Detailed Engineering deliverables
• Expertise in line sizing, hydraulics, and equipment sizing
• Working knowledge of Aspen HYSYS (preferred)
• Understanding of techno-commercial evaluation and costing
• Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills
