Zusammenfassung

Talisman Hr Solutions invites a BE Chemical graduate to join our process optimization and debottlenecking team. You will assist in preparing equipment lists, schemes for improvement, and assist commissioning and trials before manual operations.

You will prepare mass and energy balances, monitor safety, PPE usage, and contribute to QA documentation and environmental practices. Collaboration with the project implementation team and reporting on trial feedback are essential.

Qualifikationen

BE Chemical degree preferred.

To Implement the debottlenecking action plans
TO Prepare tentative equipment list and scheme for any process improvement scheme.
To do commissioning and take trials before manual operations
To prepare mass and material balance.
TO improve the productivity and TO reduce the losses.
To improve the percentage recovery of so'vents.
To coordinate with the project implementation team in implementing the project.
TO Prepare feed back report regarding the trials that are taken.
To prepare the validation documents in order to comply the QA requirements
Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
Monitor usages Of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & Cleanliness.
Observe unsafe facts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately
