Job summary

LTM in Maharashtra, India, invites applications for a BE/BTech engineer to join the plant operations team in chemical/petrochemical projects. The role focuses on commissioning, safety reviews, and understanding process equipment and PIDs, ensuring reliable operations.

Candidates should be skilled in document preparation, technical writing in English, and coordinating with onsite and offshore teams to execute projects safely and efficiently. Prior experience in refinery environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience in plant operation for refinery/petrochemicals projects.
• Familiar with PIDs and process equipment.
• Knowledge of HAZOP and risk assessment.
• Ability to communicate with onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Understand logic and interlocks for various systems.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams for project execution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in English.

• BE BTech in ChemicalMechanicalInstrumentation Engineering
• Experience in plant operation must petroleum refinery petrochemicals projects PreCommissiongCommissioning and familiarity with various process equipment will be an added advantage
• Good Experience in understanding PIDs with respect to various equipment instruments and processes
• Experience in Basic Process Engineering Safety studies HAZOP Risk assessment etc and should be well versed in understanding PIDs and process systems
• Experience in understanding logic and interlocks with respect to various systems
• Knowledge about various process equipment Utility equipment like distillation furnace Compressor Chiller steam systems etc its operation and expected hazards during operation
• Communicate with onsiteoffshore team for executing the projects
• Excellent in Microsoft WordExcelPresentation and technical writing in English
