Job summary

XON Solutions, a leading automotive rubber component manufacturer in Manesar, seeks a Junior Engineer/Supervisor-Inprocess QA+QC (Female). You will support in-process quality checks, drive containment, and coordinate with manufacturing teams.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with LSR, HCR, EPDM, silicone and nitrile rubber processing, plus DOE and SPC techniques. Preference for female applicants in line with role requirements.
