Job summary

Inchi Solutions in Bengaluru seeks a capable technician to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You will set up machines, configure parameters, optimize processes, and provide production support to keep lines running smoothly.

You will analyze issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain documentation.

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Handle machine setup, parameter configuration, process optimization, and production support.
• Analyze machine/process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown support.
• Monitor process quality, machine performance, cycle time, and production efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain machine/process documentation, reports, and production records.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
