IBM India Private Limited is seeking a Process Delivery Specialist for Procure to Pay to support invoice processing, vendor master management and reconciliation. The role requires 2–4 years of AP experience and shift flexibility for on-site work in Bengaluru.

You will interact with stakeholders to ensure accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment processing across ERP systems. The candidate should have a commerce background with a Bachelor's degree, and ideally a Master's.

Qualifications

Commerce graduate with 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Experience in Invoice and Vendor management along with resolving queries, and invoice reconciliation.
Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities.

Responsibilities

Record and maintain PO and Non-PO Invoices and handling both manual and automatic payment requests.
End-to-end Vendor Master activities: creation, changes, verification, cleansing, and identifying duplicates.
Collaborate with stakeholders for coding and approvals, address blocked invoice issues, ensure timely posting in accounting software for payments and expenses.
Handle processing of travel and expense claims, manage payments, resolve duplicate payment issues, recover funds, and execute payment proposals.
Adhere to client SLAs and meet the specified timelines.

Your role and responsibilities

AsProcessAnalyst– Procure to Pay (P2P), you are responsible for Invoice processing, Vendor master management, Query resolution, Indexing, and Invoice reconciliation. You should be flexible to work in shifts.

Your primary responsibilities include:
