Job summary

Carbon Clean in Navi Mumbai, India is seeking a chemical engineer to lead pilot plant operations. You will supervise installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing, while coordinating site prep, utilities, and tie-ins.

You will assist the operations team to achieve KPIs and prepare operating manuals, maintaining high safety standards. You will stack up start-up experience, hands-on PLC/DCS operation, and a knack for troubleshooting across chemical processes, with shift work as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 3 to 5 years of field experience.
• Hands-on experience with start-ups and troubleshooting of Chemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer plants.
• Installation, commissioning, and operations experience.
• Experience with PLC/DCS operation.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and operation of the pilot plant.
• Supervision in installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing.

• Ensure robust root cause analysis and troubleshooting mindset in process operations.
