Job summary

Calpion Software Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a Medical Billing Associate to ensure accurate posting of patient demographics, charge entries and payments in the client revenue cycle system.

The role requires adherence to SLAs, solid knowledge of medical billing concepts, and strong communication and analytical skills; shift flexibility is a must.

2–5 years of graduate experience is preferred; attractive salary and weekends off are offered.

• Accurate posting of Patient demographic, Charge Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the clients revenue cycle system. Adhere to customer SLAs for accuracy, production target, and turnaround time.
• Comply with information security policies.
• Ability to understand the impact on customers upstream and downstream processes.
• Support quality and training initiatives with a view to continuously improve services delivered
• Always Demonstrate ethical behavior.

Preferred candidate profile
