Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in back-office operations, payroll support, data entry, customer support, or workforce administration.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience with payroll systems or ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to healthcare staffing or timekeeping operations is preferred.

• Shift: 6:30 AM IST – 5:30 PM IST (India Day Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Thursday
