Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, BPO, Customer Success, or similar roles.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• A problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel for basic tracking and reporting.
• Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Interakt, Shopify, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
