Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end AML investigations reviews for customers across Retail Banking and/or Crypto workflows.
• Prepare clear and concise case narrations outlining risk indicators, findings and rationale.
• Ensure compliance with AML policies, client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Meet productivity, quality and SLA targets with high attention to detail.
• Escalate discrepancies or potential risks and collaborate with team members to resolve queries.
