Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking a senior leader to oversee AML and crypto compliance operations, managing 50–100+ FTE teams across Transaction Monitoring, CDD, EDD, and sanctions screening. You will drive performance, governance, and client satisfaction through data-driven insights and effective escalations.

This role requires deep regulatory knowledge (FATF, OFAC, FinCEN, BSA/AML), hands-on coaching, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Risk, QA, Training,

• Lead AML operations across Transaction Monitoring, CDD, EDD, and sanctions screening
• Drive productivity, quality, utilization, and SLA adherence
• Own workforce planning, capacity, and attrition control
• Coach and develop teams; create leadership pipeline
• Ensure governance and quality benchmarks across operations
• Act as client-facing SPOC for delivery, governance, and escalations
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions; manage escalations
