Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking an AML Investigator to perform end-to-end investigations across Retail Banking and Crypto workflows. You will gather information from internal systems, third-party tools, and open-source research to form risk-based conclusions and prepare clear narrations.

A bachelor’s degree is required; candidates should demonstrate strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver compliant case outputs with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in any streams from a recognized university.
• Consistently high-performing Associates who have demonstrated strong ownership and delivery in their current role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quality and productivity benchmarks over a sustained period.
• Strong hands-on experience in AML processes, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end case investigations.
• Demonstrated analytical and investigative skills, with sound judgment in identifying suspicious activities and risk indicators.

• Basic experience in supporting peers (informal mentoring, buddy support, or knowledge sharing)
• Understanding of global AML regulations and frameworks (FATF guidelines, sanctions regimes, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for tracking performance and managing workload
