Job summary

IBM India Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Process Analyst – EDM to support HR services across a global client base. You will manage employee data and assist in producing employment letters and verifications to ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities include handling ServiceNow requests, maintaining data confidentiality, and coordinating with HR to resolve data-related queries. Night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in EDM.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background verification process (up to 6 weeks).

As a Process Analyst – EDM, you will be supporting employee and business needs in delivering outstanding HR services for employees.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.
• Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
• Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.
• Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.
• Engage with customers to address queries and concerns related to compensation administration and processes.
• Provides data for the internal business controls team as required.
• Ensure compliance with the client’s existing standards.
• Understand and adhere to HR policies, and regulations, and respond to employee queries.
• Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in EDM at an International IT/ITES Company.
• Ability to communicate and resolve difficult customer service issues.
• Proficient in EDM processes (excluding Recruitment).
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement changes in the processes.
• Collaborates effectively with internal customers and external suppliers, demonstrating positive influence in problem-solving and work process enhancements.
