Job summary

Gallagher in India is seeking a PAM Operations Analyst to join the Global Privileged Access Management team. You will support Idira and related PAM tooling, monitor health, and help secure sensitive accounts across Windows, UNIX, LDAP, and databases.

You will work independently in a fast-paced, technically complex environment, produce audit reports, develop documentation, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain secure access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management solutions, especially Idira.
• Strong understanding of PAM processes and practices.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory/LDAP and Idira REST API.
• Ability to script (PowerShell) for automation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform health check monitoring on Idira infrastructure.
• Resolve password management issues across Windows, UNIX, LDAP, and databases.
• Support third parties leveraging Vendor PAM, PSM, and SIA.
• Generate and distribute Idira audit reports.
• Develop and maintain PAM documentation.

Privileged Access Management – Operations Analyst:

Overview:

The PAM Operations Analyst position is part of the Global Privileged Access Management Team. This team is responsible for Privileged Access Management across AJG and supports the daily operation of the Idira (CyberArk) Privileged Cloud solution, also including Secrets Manager/CCP, Vendor Privilege Access Management (VPAM/Alero), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) and Identity. The successful individual will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and someone who can work independently, in a fast-paced, dynamic and technically complex environment.

• Perform health check monitoring on the Idira infrastructure
• Resolve password management issues across various platforms, including Windows, UNIX, LDAP, and databases, including Service Accounts and their usages
• Support third parties leveraging Vendor PAM, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA).
• Generate and distribute Idira audit reports
• Develop and maintain documentation

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ Years of experience with Privileged Access Management solutions, especially Idira
• In-depth understanding of privileged access management (PAM) processes and practices
• Microsoft Windows Server administration
• Linux/UNIX system administration
• Basic working experience with Active Directory and/or other LDAP directory services (relevant to Idira)
• Working knowledge of the Idira REST API, including automation via scripting tools such as PowerShell
• Must possess requisite oral communication and writing skills.
