Job summary

Abacus Consultants in Mumbai seeks a Private Banking Relationship Manager to acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients, selling investment, insurance and other bank products through wealth solutions. You will nurture end-to-end relationships and deliver a seamless banking experience to high-net-worth clients.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, focus on excellent service delivery, and strive for high customer satisfaction while developing the team and meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships by fulfilling banking needs through wealth solutions.
• Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
• Acquire customers through natural and open market activities, referrals from internal sources via branches and digital networks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate strong relationship-management orientation and the ability to forge effective relationships.
• Maintain a strong focus on service delivery.

Job description

This role is instrumental in acquisition of HNI & UHNI clients and building the relationship with the bank. They have to sell Investment & Insurance & other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income
