Abacus Consultants is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Manager to target HNI/UHNI clients, offering wealth solutions and selling Investment & Insurance products.

You will nurture end-to-end relationships, deliver seamless banking experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high customer satisfaction through proactive service and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and manage end to end customer relationships by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions
• Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view.
• Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores.
• Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• High relationship management orientation; ability to forge effective relationships
• Strong focus on service delivery.
• Execution-oriented, i.e. driven to achieve results

Job description

This role is instrumental in acquisition of HNI & UHNI clients and building the relationship with the bank. They have to sell Investment & Insurance & other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income.
