Job summary

Parksons Packaging, Daman, is seeking a leader to head printing production and operations. The role focuses on driving production efficiency, quality, and cost performance while leading a team across supervisors, operators and workmen.

You will oversee OEE, machine efficiency, downtime, make-ready time, wastage and manpower productivity, and partner with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other functions to ensure seamless operations.

• Achieve production, quality, delivery and productivity targets.
• Monitor OEE, machine efficiency, downtime, make-ready time and manpower productivity.
• Control printing wastage, rejection, rework and operating costs.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
• Drive Kaizen, cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, quality and company standards.
• Prepare and review production MIS and departmental KPIs.
• Develop team capability through training and performance management.
