Principle Associate - M&A Transactions and Contracts Practice:

• A law degree from a well-recognized University, and enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Minimum of 7 [Seven] years of PQE exclusively in domestic and international M&A Transactions and Contracts.
• Leadership experience in complex, high-stakes transactions.
• Excellent drafting, legal analysis, verbal and written communication skills.
• The capability to handle work independently.
• Organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments.
• Proven ability to work in a client‑centric, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to manage and get the best out of teams.

Requirements
