Job summary

Arcesium, a global financial technology firm, seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Solution Architect to join the Client and Partner Development team. You will bridge Arcesium platform capabilities with client data needs, turning insights into scalable long-term solutions.

Responsibilities include guiding CTO/CDO discussions, decomposing complex problems, delivering proposals and demos, and leading PoCs and implementations across client projects.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in client-facing roles requiring consultative and solutioning skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across business and technology domains.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and data analysis techniques.
• Skills spanning technology and financial domain.

• Define PoC scope and success criteria with prospective clients.
• Lead projects including PoCs and implementations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and risk, lead governance meetings.
• Train client teams on Arcesiums data flow across applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, strategists, PMs and product teams for project success.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and boost sales conversion.

Arcesium seeks an experienced Solution Architect to join our Client and Partner Development team as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect. As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect, you will bridge the gap between Arcesium platform and clients business requirements. You will show the customer value quickly and turn insights into scalable and repeatable long-term solutions. Forward Deployed Solution Architects work directly with Arcesium customer stakeholders and Arcesium product teams to solve sophisticated data problems in the investment management businesses.

What Youll Do:

• Guide to the top customer stakeholders (CTO, CDO) on the best ways to accelerate customer data strategy through Arcesium
• Leverage your deep understanding of Arcesiums data architecture, platform modules, and product roadmap, to decompose complex client problems into well-structured, scalable solutions
• Present solutions to customers verbally as well as written proposals, rich materials and illustrations
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and reporting workflows.
• Work with prospective clients to define the scope and success criteria of PoC projects
• Lead various projects including Proof of Concepts, Implementations and beyond
• Manage stakeholder expectations, highlight project risks and mitigations, and lead governance meetings
• Closely work with client teams getting them up to speed on Arcesium's data flow (ingress/egress) across applications through hands-on training and structured knowledge-sharing.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Forward Deployed Data Strategists, Project Managers and Product teams for project success
• Think critically about suggesting improvements to the process, which may reduce costs, drive product innovation and result in increased sales conversion
• Present and advocate for Arcesiums technology capabilities in sales conversations and demos to increase sales conversion

What Youll Need:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in client-facing roles requiring a high degree on consultative and solutioning skills (e.g., client solutions, professional services and implementations, etc.), providing solutions and building and driving Financial Technology implementations
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional medium & large-scale initiatives across business and technology domains, managing stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively through written proposals, architectural documentation, and verbal discussion with senior internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with cutting edge cloud solutions and data analysis techniques
• Skills cutting across technology and financial domain
