Job summary

Arcesium seeks a role at the intersection of business process transformation and applied AI in Bengaluru, India. You will partner with business units to understand workflows and determine where AI can create leverage—through automation, augmentation or redesign—and own the end-to-end solution lifecycle from design to production.

You will design operating models, build production AI solutions using Claude and Anthro-pics tools, and drive measurable adoption while staying current with the AI

Qualifications

• Track record designing transformed workflows with senior stakeholder buy-in against business KPIs.
• Hands-on experience building production LLM/agentic systems: RAG, tools, prompts, evaluation.
• Strong engineering fundamentals — Python, APIs, data modeling, cloud.
• Deep, current fluency across the AI ecosystem and ability to evaluate what works.

Responsibilities

• Design target-state operating models with governance and success metrics.
• Build production AI solutions—agents, orchestrations, RAG workflows and integrations.

Job Overview

This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation and applied AI. Youll partner with business-unit and functional leaders to understand how work flows and where AI can create real leverage — then own the full arc from process discovery through solution design, build, production deployment, and measurable adoption, working primarily with Claude and Anthropics product family alongside the broader AI ecosystem.

What youll do:

• Partner with business-unit and functional leaders to understand how work flows, where decisions happen, and where AI can create leverage — through automation, augmentation, or redesign
• Design target-state operating models: human-AI handoff points, governance, and success metrics
• Build production AI solutions — agents, orchestrations, RAG workflows, integrations — using Claude, Anthropics model suite, and complementary tools, partnering with engineering teams where off-the-shelf tooling doesnt fit
• Take solutions from prototype to production (access management, evaluation, observability, cost governance) and drive adoption until the impact is real and measurable
• Stay current on the AI landscape and codify reusable patterns and playbooks for future engagements.

What youll need:

• Track record designing transformed workflows, not just point automations, with senior stakeholder buy-in against business KPIs
• Hands-on experience building production LLM/agentic systems: RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, evaluation
• Strong engineering fundamentals — Python, APIs, data modeling, cloud — to carry a solution from design to production
