Job summary

Arcesium seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Solution Architect to bridge client requirements with the Arcesium platform. You will work directly with client stakeholders and product teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for investment management clients.

You will lead PoCs and implementations, guide senior leaders on data strategy, and collaborate across engineering, data, and project management to ensure success of complex client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of client-facing experience with consultative and solutioning skills.
• Hands-on experience in investor allocation and fund accounting across hedge funds, UCITS and private funds.
• Experience with complex fund structures (multi-layer FOF, master-feeder, blocker, UCITs).
• Ability to drive cross-functional medium to large-scale projects and manage stakeholders.

Arcesium seeks an experienced Solution Architect to join our Client and Partner Development team as a Forward Deployed Solution Architect. As a Forward Deployed Solution Architect, you will bridge the gap between Arcesium platform and clients business requirements. You will show the customer value quickly and turn insights into scalable and repeatable long-term solutions. Forward Deployed Solution Architects work directly with Arcesium customer stakeholders and Arcesium product teams to solve sophisticated data problems in the investment management businesses.

What Youll Do:

• Guide customer top stakeholders (CTO, CDO) on the best ways to accelerate customer data strategy through Arcesium
• Decompose customer problem into component parts, design scalable solution using platform capabilities as building blocks
• Present solutions to customers verbally as well as written proposals, rich materials and illustrations
• Work with prospective clients to define the scope and success criteria of PoC projects
• Lead various projects including Proof of Concepts, Implementations and beyond
• Manage stakeholder expectations, highlights project risks and mitigations, and lead governance meetings
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Data Strategists, Project Managers and Product for project success
• Synthesize and note client requirement for fund and investor allocation business.
• Work on various methods of calculating Management and incentive fees across complex fund structures.
• Think critically to suggest improvements to the process, which may reduce costs, drive product innovation and result in increased sales conversion
• Closely work with client developers getting them up to speed on Arcesium’s data architecture, platform overview, hands‑on training, data flow (ingress/egress) across applications
• Present and discuss Arcesiums Technology capabilities in Sales conversations, demos etc.

What Youll Need:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in client facing roles requiring a high degree on consultative and solutioning skills (e.g., client solutions, professional services and implementations, etc.), providing technical solutions and building and driving software development
• Hands on experience in working in investor allocation & fund accounting work space across Hedge fund, UCITS, IAM, private funds.
• Hands on experience in complex fund structures such as multi layer FOF, Master-feeder, blocker, UCITs etc.
• Skills cutting across technology and financial domain
• Ability to drive cross-functional medium & large-scale projects, across business and technology domains; stakeholder management across levels is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders
• Familiarity with cutting edge cloud solutions and data analysis techniques
