Job summary

SimCorp USA Inc. seeks a Principal Software Engineer (C#.NET with Azure) to design, develop, and test advanced product capabilities for our FinTech platform. You will lead testing strategies, collaborate with Product Owners and Architects, and drive architecture alignment and roadmap execution.

The role emphasizes full-stack delivery, automation, code quality, and mentoring a team of engineers. A strong background in Azure, CI/CD, and Domain-Driven Design is essential, with senior-level

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, with the ability to develop and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Rich experience with Cloud Infrastructures.
• Extensive knowledge and experience (10+ years) in C# and Angular.
• Proficient in both manual and automated testing, with the ability to design and implement comprehensive test strategies and all level tests for software applications (E2E, API, UT).
• Understanding and adherence to XP practices (TDD, pair-programming, etc.)
• Readiness to learn new in-house tools and frameworks.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL).
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team toward technical excellence and efficient delivery.
• Good English skills (upper intermediate and higher), written as well as spoken

• Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, and others) fluently as part of your everyday working routines.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated artifacts— verifycorrectnessandarchitectural fit before accepting.
• Guide your team on responsible AI usage: when to trust it, when to override it, and how to review it carefully
• Identify where AI can accelerate prototyping cycles and reduce low-value work in the team.
