Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Research Scientist-R&D to lead design and execution of complex multi-step synthetic routes, advancing innovative organic transformations. You will address challenging chemistry and assay development with rigorous data generation and regulatory-compliant documentation.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with ADL, QA, EHS and SCM, manage multiple projects, and interact with clients to deliver milestones and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Lead design and implementation of complex multi-step synthetic routes.
• Independently address and resolve complex challenges in synthetic chemistry and assay development.
• Propose and implement innovative research strategies, contributing to publications, patents, and conferences.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of procedures and results, with regulatory-compliant reports.

• Act as primary contact for clients, managing communications and delivering milestones.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple research projects across cross-functional teams.

• Utilize critical thinking and advanced technical and analytical skills to independently address and resolve complex challenges in synthetic chemistry and assay development.
• Propose and implement innovative research strategies, actively contributing to scientific publications, patents, and presentations at conferences.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of experimental procedures and results, preparing detailed reports that contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization and compliance with regulatory standards.
