Intuit is seeking a Principal Recruiter, Core Engineering to lead executive and senior leadership searches, partner with senior stakeholders, and build diverse talent pipelines. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, market insights, and mentoring within a fast-paced Talent Delivery team.

You will influence leadership talent decisions, manage complex negotiations, and drive exceptional candidate experiences while aligning with Intuit’s product and revenue goals.

Qualificações

• 10+ years sourcing and recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on Executive and leadership recruiting.
• Proven track record of hiring best-in-class diverse leaders.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies.
• Demonstrated experience and comfort partnering with and influencing senior executives.
• Deep knowledge of the external technical talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability.
• Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confidence when working autonomously.
• High business acumen and strong communication skills; ability to present data and its implications clearly.
• Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene.
• Understanding of the SaaS industry; prior experience in a high-growth technology firm is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle Executive search and Senior leadership & experts search for internal & external candidates.
• Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders to deeply understand business strategies and talent needs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers, coaching on search strategies, compensation, interviewing and engagement of passive candidates.
• Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines; partner with external resources as needed.
• Build pools of technical talent for technology disciplines, using networking and databases to manage this talent.
• Deliver Executive and leadership & experts recruitment communication packages and candidate materials.
• Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close executive and senior leaders.
• Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring teams.
• Contribute to operational excellence through leadership of strategic projects.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate across the broader talent acquisition team and mentor others.
• Demonstrate growth mindset and adapt to changing dynamics as needed.

As the Principal Recruiter partnering with our engineering organizations, you will be in a unique position to affect product outcomes by bringing the best talent to Intuit. You will be expected to think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess and close top talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle Executive search and Senior leadership & experts search for internal & external candidates

• Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation, interviewing and long term engagement of passive candidates
• Develop and execute end to end proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains; partner with external resources as needed
• Build pools of technical talent for technology disciplines, making use of networking and database tools to manage this talent
• Deliver Executive and leadership & experts recruitment communication including search presentation materials, job descriptions, candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communication, and candidate preparation
• Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close executive and senior leadership candidates
• Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
• Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
• Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others
