This role blends classic associate product management with a strong business analysis orientation: you will turn conversations, roadmap decisions and technical discussions into clear, reliable documentation the wider team can build against. It is a foundational role for someone who wants to build deep product craft inside a fast-moving deep-tech company. This role calls for 2-5 years of overall experience, including some hands-on exposure to product management, business analysis or a related function in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:
Partner with Your Product Manager
  • Work day-to-day alongside your assigned Product Manager, supporting roadmap planning, prioritization and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare briefing materials, roadmap updates and status reports for leadership and cross-functional reviews.
  • Track decisions, action items and open questions across product discussions, and follow up until closed.
  • Flag gaps, risks and dependencies early so your Product Manager can act on them.
Understand Users and the Market
  • Support research into customer needs, competitor capabilities and industry trends for your product area.
  • Join customer and partner conversations to capture requirements and pain points first-hand.
  • Help evaluate and validate use cases, prioritising for business value under your Product Manager's guidance.
Own Requirements and Documentation
  • Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
  • Maintain accurate, current documentation on feature scope, workflows, design decisions and known limitations.
  • Translate business and technical discussions into structured requirements that engineering can build against without ambiguity.
  • Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams and other artefacts that make the product easy to understand for the wider team.
Support Delivery
  • Work with engineering, QA and design to keep backlogs groomed and sprint planning organized.
  • Track delivery progress against the roadmap, and surface slippage or blockers promptly.
  • Support release readiness: test scenarios, release notes, and coordination with go-to-market teams.
Build Product and Technical Fluency
  • Develop a working understanding of agentic AI and LLM-based systems relevant to your product area.
  • Build familiarity with data platforms, pipelines and how data quality shapes AI product outcomes.
  • Use AI tooling in your own research, documentation and analysis, and look for ways to raise the team's documentation standard.
What will you bring to the team?
  • 2-5 years of overall experience, including some hands-on exposure to product management, business analysis or a related function in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
  • Strong written documentation skills, with the ability to turn ambiguous discussions into clear specifications.
  • Comfort working directly with engineering, design and business stakeholders.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to tracking requirements, decisions and action items.
  • Curiosity about AI/ML, agentic AI and low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Exposure to agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent for documentation and tracking.
How Success Will Be Measured:
  • Documentation (PRDs, specs, user stories) is clear enough that engineering rarely needs clarification.
  • Requirements captured from stakeholders are accurate and complete, reducing rework mid-sprint.
  • Your Product Manager can delegate research, documentation and coordination with confidence.
  • You show growing independence in discovery support and requirement-writing.
  • Meeting notes and action tracking are reliable enough to serve as the team's system of record.
What We Offer:
  • Opportunity to shape the strategy of a next-gen hyper-automation platform.
  • Work with a cross-disciplinary team in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment.
  • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
  • A culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
