Job Title :Principal Product Designer

Location: Bangalore

We are hiring a Principal Product Designer to guide the end-to-end design process for consumer-facing products. You will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging experiences that resonate with users across web and mobile platforms.

As a design leader, you will balance hands-on design craft with mentoring responsibilities, ensuring both strategic alignment and executional excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from discovery through delivery for core product features.
• Translate research insights and business objectives into compelling design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing to validate flows and improve product usability.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems across teams and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
