• A multi-family office and investment advisory firm is hiring a Principal Officer to oversee the regulatory, compliance and operational requirements of its International Financial Service Centre (IFSC) unit at GIFT City.
• This is a dual-function role spanning Investment Operations AND Research & Analysis.

Part A

Investment Operations

• Execute trades across US and Indian market products with timely, accurate order placement compliant with internal mandates and regulation
• Manage end-to-end portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation
• Own regulatory, compliance and operational requirements for the IFSC unitPart B

Research & Analysis

• Ongoing research on macroeconomic trends, monetary policy and market dynamics across Indian and US markets
• Detailed quarterly earnings analysis and company coverage, providing actionable insight to the investment teamTechnical skills: sound understanding of IFSCA and SEBI regulations, AML / KYC norms and fund structures; strong Excel and Google Sheets; experience with PMS software and trading platforms; familiarity with financial modelling and valuation.
