Job summary

Hire Rightt is seeking a Principal Java Engineer in Hyderabad to lead the architecture and performance of a high-throughput trading platform. You will own core trading system components such as OMS and risk modules, and drive JVM optimization, concurrency, memory and latency improvements.

You will set technical strategy, modernize legacy parts, and mentor senior engineers, ensuring robust, scalable real-time processing across distributed systems in a demanding financial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java experience with deep JVM expertise.
• Strong knowledge of low-latency and performance engineering.
• Experience with trading/financial systems or real-time platforms.
