Delta6Labs FinTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a C++ Lead to architect and build ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure for crypto markets. This hands-on leadership role combines coding as an individual contributor with mentoring a growing team to deliver a scalable, fast, and reliable platform.

You will drive core infrastructure decisions, evolve architecture, and ensure delivery meets demanding performance goals while maintaining high quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Modern C++ (C++17/20) experience.
• Expertise in low-latency, multithreaded distributed systems.
• Background in HFT, algorithmic trading or market making.
• Strong Linux systems programming, networking, and PostgreSQL experience.

Job description

We’re looking for a C++ Lead to architect and build ultra-low-latency trading systems for crypto markets. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role; you’ll be writing code as an individual contributor while also leading and mentoring a team of engineers around you. You’ll own the core trading infrastructure decisions, drive how the architecture evolves, push for engineering quality across the team, and make sure delivery actually happens on a platform that needs to be scalable, fast, and reliable all at once.

• Leading development across OMS, execution engines, and market data platforms
• Driving performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability as ongoing priorities, not one-time fixes
• Designing exchange connectivity through REST, WebSocket, and FIX
• Mentoring engineers and shaping the technical architecture as the team and platform grow

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years working in Modern C++ (C++17/20), this is a senior bar, not a stretch goal
• Deep expertise in low-latency, multithreaded, distributed systems
• Substantial background in HFT, algorithmic trading, electronic trading, market making, or exchange connectivity; any combination of these is fine
• Strong Linux systems programming, networking, and PostgreSQL experience
• Crypto or capital markets experience is a strong plus, though not a hard requirement
